1. Call your loved ones
It’s so easy to get caught up in day to day living and forget to call the people we care about. Set aside some time during the weekend, and call the people who are dear to you.
2. Clean your room
Sometimes, all you need to do to clear your head is to declutter your space and clean your room.
3. Complain less
Be conscious. Try to complain only when you’ve come up with a solution to the problem.
4. Always maintain eye contact
Maintaining eye contact is easy when you’re listening, but try doing it when you speak as well. Direct eye contact builds confidence and fosters a connection between two people in conversation. It also makes you appear more trustworthy, self-aware, and self-assured.
5. Leave your comfort zone
Participate in an activity that makes you leave your comfort zone. Whether it be, Public speaking or dancing, just do it!
6. Be kind to yourself
We are often our own worst critics. Speak kind words to yourself, and be gentle.
7. Exercise everyday
Make sure you sweat every single day. Staying active has infinite physical benefits, and beyond those, it spikes endorphins, making you feel happier post-sweat session.
8. Spend less
Go through your bank statement, chances are you’re spending money on something you can do without. Save that money instead.
9. Lay your bed every single day
It doesn’t take up to 5 minutes for you to lay your bed and start your day on a productive note.
10. Read a book instead of scrolling through social media mindlessly

It’s harder to be productive when you’re multitasking. You’re better off doing one thing and fully focusing on it.

This will help to cleanse your system and flush out toxins.
